***No se si es bueno a comunicar mi busqueada por habitacion aqui, pero estoy un poco desesperado*** en ESPAÑOL Hola, me llamo Seamus ("she-mas"). Acabo de llegar en madrid... y busco habitacion amueblado, en un piso conpartido. Soy canadiense, 31 anos... amable, abierto, gay, estoy lleno de alegría, pero tambien tranquilo, respetuoso... para mi la comunicacion y un sentido del humor (especialmente humor irreverente) son mas importantes en la casa y en la vida. No me gustan personas tensas... ni el humo. Me encanta fotografia, baile, montar la bicicleta, cyclo-nudista, divertido, excursiones en el aire libre, artes, y music pop/jazz/de cantautores. Prefiero un tipo de barrio como La Latina o Lavapiés... bohemio, amable, viejo y con personalidad etc. Voy a estar trabajando aqui como profesor de ingles (octubre - junio)... Hablo ingles, castellano (nivel intermedio) y un poco de frances. in ENGLISH Hi, my name is Seamus. I'm a 31yo Canadian guy who's recently arrived to Madrid to teach English for the year (Oct-June). Looking for shared apartment with Spaniards and/or internationals... a mix would be great. My ideal apartment would be in a neighbourhood that is central but has its own refreshing community/character - i.e. La Latina/Lavapies/Noviciado/Chueca. Most important in room-mates for me is people who are easygoing, warm and have a nice sense of humour (preferably a bit wacked and irreverent!). Consideration and a standard level of cleanliness are nice too of course. I enjoy bicycling, dancing, hiking/camping in the outdoors, comedy, photography and the arts. I'm a funloving, freethinking person and it helps to be with similar-minded people, although I'm also quite independent and not looking for room-mates to fulfill 'all my social needs'.
